I’ve had my ring for almost 2 years and over the last 3 or so weeks it stopped connecting out of nowhere. I have tried EVERYTHING from updating my app/phone to deleting the app and redownloading, to letting it die and re-charging.

I’ve tried speaking to Oura support but I could not get past the AI chat bot, and when I did, it would not let me continue without an order number, which I do not have as I’ve had the ring for so long.

It’s incredibly frustrating and I am running out of patience. For how expensive this ring is it should not have this major of a connection issue. Any tips/tricks I should try? Has anyone had luck getting Oura to respond or fix the issue without an order number?

(Worth noting I cannot access my app at all right now. It just keeps buffering at the connection screen after it recognizes my ring, as if I’m connecting a brand new ring)
