Hello I’m a 5’11” 30 year old male at 259lbs with a lean body mass of 147lbs. I lift four days a week intensely and my TDEE is supposedly 3,150 calories. I want to cut to 9-10% body fat which would put me around 163-165lbs. Do these calories and macro ratios look good?
