So I have been employed with the state in the past but my most recent position started back in September.

I noticed recently that my cash compensation in Cardinal shows $500 less annually than what I signed off on in my offer letter. My paystubs with the semimonthly pay is also different. I know sometimes adjustments have to be made based on start date and other factors so I just wanted to see if anyone could tell me if this is normal?
