Just came across this extension called Zokuzoku that helps control screen time (especially useful for Reddit during work 😅).
It currently supports platforms like Reddit, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and Bluesky.
Not built by me, but honestly makes me want to create something that works across the whole browser.
