My USA Tourist visa was approved on 14th April 2026 and I haven’t heard back from them since. I did go in between to check on the visa, but I was informed it’s not ready and I should come back once I have an email or message from the embassy. My agent also has no clue what to do (he has checked the portal and all)

Am I the only one facing this? What could be the reason? What do I do?
