So my spouse and I were thinking of business opportunities and one thing is inevitable - everyone will grow old and eventually pass.
Having senior homes in the US is common - in the PH, not so much.
So, we thought, if we buy a property and start a resort-style, luxury/high-end senior home where the tenants can bask in the sun, sipping margaritas and each will have their own personal caregiver, the place will have its own driver, cleaning crew, and maintenance crew, as well as an amazing kitchen.
Do you think there's a market for it? We'll be charging 3K-4K a month, which includes lodging. A one time fee for us to book their flights, etc.
What do you think about this idea, and what are the possible problems we may encounter.
