all these barbershops want double the price for what a regular haircut costs. my hair is short. i'm a dude, i just want a haircut. please hmu thank you.

it's been several weeks and whenever i try using the elevator it never works i was wondering if there is a good reason for this because clearly they have the money to spend on having the staircase painted but why can't we have an operating elevator? i dont see the reason for it. any info will be helpful, thanks
