Got cheated on by this ex and cut my losses real quick, stoped all contact and moved on. 6 years later they just message to say how they think of me often and reflected on how shit they were to me.

I'm speechless..unsure if I should even respond.

With the conflict ive noticed a lot of building materials are going up in price. The builder I had consulted in january are now telling me their pervious agreement to give me a fixed price has now been axed.

I worry building now is a costly mistake. Espically building in regional QLD (townsville).

Is anyone else in the same boat?
