My last guest smoked marihuana inside the unit and I have proof. They left ashes and even some joint behind! I documented everything however I fear that if I do a claim immediately they can retaliate giving me a bad review. Should I wait for them to give me a review maybe a day or two or should I just file the claim?
Guest decided to use my kitchen cabinet doors as a bottle opener. When I walked into the home it smelled bad it was a mix of smoke and something rotten. Well I found towels full of sperm in the most random places. One behind the couch, one behind the crib, one under each bed. I treated the house with ozone smoke smell went away and so was the rotten smell. Keep in mind this guest only stayed one night. There was no proof for me to send Airbnb that guest smoked in the property but what pissed me off was that he used the cabinet doors as a bottle opener. I have not one but 3 bottle openers on is on the fridge door and the other ones are in the kitchen drawer. This has been the worst guest I had. As the Cabinet doors yes they are damaged he tried to open a bottle 3 different times causing chipped wood, deep scratches etc. I gave him a one star review.

Questions what do you guys do when we get the love bug storm? 😂 I am seeing a bunch of them in my area. Didn’t see many last year but it seems like this year is going to be a busy love bug season. So I am wondering is that something you guys mention in the listings? Is outside, we do pest control but I mean there’s not much we can do about love bugs, flies, mosquitoes etc! No one has mentioned it I am just wondering 🤔
