Hey! I was on birth control for about 1.5 years (maybe), and the side effects really got to me. I was constantly sick, but I stopped taking it and continued to be sick. Constant bloating, GI issues, nausea, heat intolerance, etc. are some of the side effects. Nobody ever told me?!!! Does anybody else experience these?!? I thought if I just got off of it and stayed off I would return back to normal, but nope! I wasn’t even informed that I would be nauseous my first few days taking it.
Now, all I’ve been told to do is drink miralax. Like wow yeah everything is fixed! Nope. I’ve had these symptoms for about 2.5 years! I never even experienced these issues before I took birth control, but my doctor ignored what I said and brushed it off.
Has anybody else ever experienced this, or is experiencing this after taking oral birth control???
