Hello, I submitted Pre- C3 applications for myself and my children (Gen 2 + 3) in November 2025. We worked with a law firm to submit them because we were trying to rush given the impending legislation. When I have tried to check the status of our applications through the IRCC website, it says it cant pull up any application linked to the info I put in. When I asked the lawyer about this, they said it was most likely because the law firm had submitted it on our behalf. Has anyone else run into this? We have been in complete darkness ever since we received our AORs. Can I call the IRCC? Any tips would be really appreciated. We’re just looking for basic status updates. Thank you!
