Garney Construction
I’m currently a PE working for a small general contractor in Washington, primarily on DOT projects. I also have wastewater experience from a previous role as a field engineer. Right after graduating, Garney Construction extended an offer for a position in the Phoenix area, which I turned down at the time due to hesitation about relocating fresh out of college with limited savings and no real support network in place. I’m now exploring opportunities and would appreciate any input from people who have worked with or for Garney. I’m hoping to move into a Project Manager role at my current job, but I’m not suited for sitting behind a computer all day — I thrive on the field management and operations side of projects. I know Garney offers an ESOP, HSA, fuel card, and in some cases a vehicle stipend, housing assistance, or per diem. I’m just curious in hearing about anyone’s input on Garney. Thank you in advance
