Hello!

Has anyone lived in the units of 1305-1320 oak Ave units? Just moved in. The places are rough around the edges for sure but I wanted to check in as I noticed some stuffing of holes (assuming this is to prevent mice) and wondering if anyone has any experience here? Just moved in so I have a year ahead of me and want to prepare if there is any of that. Any advice is appreciated!
