I am starting a job at UT Southwestern and was looking to move to the West Love / Medical District area to live, specifically at the corner of Cedar Springs and Hawthorne Ave, near DNT. Can anyone comment on the safety of the area? not planning on walking at night time but possibly walking the dog in the mornings and such
