Is Kimball living or dying better for the NCR?
I think we and most of the NCR agrees that Kimball is an ineffective leader who drew out the war in the Mojave. Mr. House says that his death would martyr him and his shitty policies while Caesar believes his death would demoralize the NCR. From the perspective of siding with the NCR do you think it would be better for him to live or die?
