Umpteenth Stormtrooper Post
I've seen a lot of debate over whether the cheaper Blokees Champion Version or the more expensive Hasbro Black Series Stormtrooper is the best figure. After assembling this Han Solo ST Disguise figure, I'm not gonna lie...Blokees won me over. Superior articulation, a DLT-19 blaster rifle, an E-11 blaster rifle, removable E-11 holster, alternate hands (with and without weapons attached), two different belts, two different thigh lengths, a telescoping torso ball joint for extreme ab-crunch poses, articulated toes for realistic walking poses, two different heads (Han and Helmet), and a display base to boot...all for $15 at Walmart. What was ironic was there were several Black Series Imperial Remnant Stormtroopers in the same aisle clocking in at $28 each, with only a rank pauldron, ammo pack and blaster rifle. These prices may not last forever, but between these and $5 Galaxy version Transformers, these are some of the best figures I've ever seen at affordable price points. The only arguable difference, aside from the ass-load of accessories is that Blokees figures are lightweight like gunpla models as opposed to the heftier PVC/ABS Hasbro figures. But they also don't suffer from the usual rubbery deformation that BS figures and accessories sometimes have.
