Indian passport renunciation form (after getting citizenship elsewhere) - Does anyone know how long is the form valid once you submit in passport Seva website? This is the governments application form for “surrender of Indian passport”.

I am reading 90 days validity but can’t find an official link. If I submitted the form online last year (>90 days) but didn’t complete the full process of passport renunciation - is it better to restart the process with a new application in passport seva website?

Anyone been in this scenario and can share experience?
