what are your 5 star books?? any genre!!

Looking for book recommendations please! Interested in fantasy, romance, spicy, and psychological thrillers!! Kindle unlimited books would be great but any recommendations are appreciated.

I’ve had ruptured ovarian cysts in the past and what felt very similar happened 9 days ago now. I am still experiencing pain in stomach, lower back, and pelvic area. Nausea and vomiting are still occurring. I have an ultrasound coming up at obgyn could this pain be from the ruptured ovarian cyst? Has anyone experienced anything similar?
