My business taxable income came out to be just shy of 10Cr this year. I made payments of 6Cr to a US business which was considered as business expenses.

I only paid taxes on 3.10Cr (90 lakh fee - USD Merchant) and the remaining amount was sent to me in my uncle's and brothers business in India which was also setup by USD. Both of them paid around 3 lac tax on 6 Cr.
