Improving Scrum is harder than what many people think...
It's like being in the forest and only seeing the trees. We don’t really see the problems clearly, or where to focus, or we end up overthinking too many things at once.
I started to use an AI agent to help think through situations like that. It helps me find problems or improvements I couldn't see, set priorities, etc...
curious... what’s the hardest part for you when trying to improve Scrum? For me, the biggest problem is setting priorities... taking decisions haha
