Beware all renters: roaches
Posting this because when I rented my first roach infested apartment out of town I only WISH someone was honest with me…
To all the new residents of Madison or renters looking for a place to live please BEWARE of Gallina Management. I've lived at one of the properties for 3 years and over the past 2 years have had carpet beetles, grain beetles and now this week my worst fear.. roaches. This has affected not only my health as I’m asthmatic but now it’s destroying my property and affecting my livelihood they could care less.They allow active trash left in the hallways and front door of the building,they continue doing SHOWINGS for new residents knowing there is roach activity in the building, I’ve reported this to them numerous times and when you request help they gaslight and retaliate against you.. don't say I didn't warn you! If one unit has roaches they should spray the entire building but they do not have compassion for us as renters. The most incompetent, money hungry management I've ever had the misfortune of renting from at least other property managers in this city do a nice job pretending to like you while taking our money!
Please drop any resources or recs to hold these people accountable and no tenant resource center is not a helpful solution.
