Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection as a solo traveler—some questions
Hey everyone, I’m a younger working professional looking to take a solo vacation end of this year. The RC Yachts have caught my eye for quite some time, but as I’m considering a solo trip, I have some questions.
(1) I see the prices online as per guest, based on double occupancy. If I’m traveling solo, will I be quoted 2x the price listed, or will my price be a bit less than 2x since I’m consuming less food/drink while onboard?
(2) I chose RC specifically because they seem to market to a younger audience of working professionals. Just wanted to make sure the crowd is relatively younger. From my amateur research, they also said that shorter itineraries will have younger crowds since they’re cheaper and better suited for people who have limited PTO. Is this true? If not, any other lux cruise lines that people recommend?
(3) Is a solo cruise even a good idea, as opposed to a solo beach vacation such as Rosewood Miramar? (my other consideration right now)
