I know someone (non-EU) who wants to enroll in the ESS Masters programme but the cost would be a significant impediment. I've seen a lot of mixed comments concerning scholarships available.
For people who enrolled in Masters programmes, what kind of scholarships are available?

I have a Xiaomi TV L43MA-AFME. I cannot turn on the TV with the remote control unless I first turn on the TV using the physical on/off button under.
After this, if I turn on the TV again using the RC, it works for maybe 15-30min after which I have to use the physical button again.
Does again know if that is normal or is something wrong?
