Has anyone that applied to the 575th Anniversary World-Changers Scholarship received any updates?

According to the website, the shortlisted candidates have to submit a video? by 15th May and the final results will be annoucned by 29th May.

Yet the confirmation email only mentions applicants will be informed of outcome by 29th May.

The applications closed yest so I was wondering if anyone got any updates about being shortlisted/rejected? Any updates other than the confirmation email you get when you apply?

I've been able to maintain a calorie deficit w no problems for 2-ish weeks now. I try to focus on higher volume meals with lower calories so I'm rarely hungry.

BUT I've been unable to hit enough protein.

What are some simple ways to add more protein?

My diet does include chicken, greek yogurt, cottage cheese and even some protein powder to substitute but I also live at home and will get wacked if I take a whole chicken breast for myself so the portions are pretty small.

Ok so I can't vouch for the exact amounts of cals cause there's a hundred diff ways to make it. But essentially, I take 1/4 cup of rolled oats[152 cals] and add it into a chicken broth (adjust according to calories you need), you can then add water if you like it more soupy. Add a bunch of low cal veggies for fibre (I had some cabbages and carrots thinly sliced-so no exact measurement).

Then turn it into any ethnicity you like. You want South Asian, add some turmeric, garam masala etc. For East asian, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper etc (check calories if using any oil based sauce)

Now for PROTEIN: make a side dish of egg, chicken etc or add it directly into the oats.

My meal came up to around 300 cals. Did the oats v veggies and side of eggs(minimal oil).

Adjust everything according to your requirements. But it's like having a warm hearty meal of soup in the morning. It's filling and you don't have to compromise on taste.

Didn't add a picture cause it looks unappetizing as hell lmao. But it is filling and I believe in eating good for breakfast.
