Just taken my 5th dose from my first 7.5 pen. Despite all my careful prepping of previous doses I only managed to extract the .6 ml out of the end of the pen. I’m on day 3 now and definitely more food noise than there should be. Anyone else notice that the golden dose week is less effective or is it just that I’m getting used to 7.5mg already?

When availing of the golden dose do you take all of the remaining fluid or just the 6 mg /ml? I’m a month in on 7.5 and have my golden dose to take this weekend. I don’t think it’s wise to go over 7.5 this week and then go back to 7.5 next week on my new pen. all opinions welcome.
