I know everyone says you should be on a gaining phase for your first cycle, but I’m planning on jumping on test starting from may and want to lean down over the next 8-12 weeks then hop back into a gaining phase towards the middle/end of summer my current plan is 250/300 test potentially go higher depending on how my body reacts my add in low dose Reta/mast towards the end of the cut then just stay on mid dose test during gaining phase for a while rather then jumping straight off after the 12 weeks - just curious on peoples thoughts, I’ll have an ai at hand just in case, diet and training will be in check. Trained naturally for a long enough time plan on competing in the future
