My friend is joining mba college this june and is confused about which laptop to buy

College requirements- 16gb ram 512gb ssd i5 atleast

One option which we saw was hp omnibook 5 but it is a snapdragon processor based laptop. Is it okay to go with this?

Any other recommendations are appreciated.

Budget upto 60k
