Several trips to the vet and nothing has helped

I’ve taken my cat to the vet several times for peeing issues. We have multiple boxes in the house that we clean. She is a rescue and about 6 years old now. She was declawed by her past owners. She started peeing around the house about 6 months ago. Sometimes she uses the litter box but other times in random places around the house.
After taking her to the vet multiple times they say PH is pretty normal but some blood in her urine. We were given gabapentenin for it and she was good for awhile then a couple weeks later she’s peeing again. Got her back into the vet some time later they gave her something else not sure on the specifics once again it stopped and started again. Just went again a couple weeks ago and got on the same first medicine she had after they confirmed still blood in her urine. She’s finished it and has started peeing in the house once again. I’m gonna try and take her back to the vet again but I don’t know what to do since it seems like they aren’t actually trying to help or do anything for her. It feels like they are just trying to get money out of me. I don’t want to lose my cat she’s my “don’t end it” cat I got when I was going through a lot a few years back. She’s causing damage in our house and we feel like we have tried everything. We feel like the vet doesn’t actually want to help and it’s causing use hundred and hundreds of dollars.
I’m 19F in the US. The cat is around 6. The vet is accessible but isn’t helping after multiple trips and many meds. Female cat and she’s spayed. Past owners before rescued was declawed. Didn’t have an issue before with her litter and still uses it sometimes.
