Not Recording and Green Light Off

just noticed my ring hasn’t been recording anything for days. the usual flashing green light inside the ring is not on. i did a factory reset and the green light flashed for a bit before shutting off again and still not recording anything. ring is connected to app though and app says “sensing” and it has 50% battery. really confused and frustrated. any suggestions? can’t find any posts where people have had this exact issue so a bit worried

UPDATE: just did another factory reset. the green lights stayed on for about 2 minutes and measured my HR one time before going off again. it turns off as soon as i exit out of the app and then won’t turn back on until i reset it

Recovery After Eating Gluten Whole Life

Hi! i recently have stopped eating gluten after becoming so chronically ill that i could no longer function. i am positive for one of the celiac genes but i know that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. since im so sick, my Drs and i have decided i should act like im celiac until i am in a MUCH more stable place to eat gluten and do testing. forgot to mention- we DO know that my body doesn’t currently like gluten very much because eliminating it cleared up the severe cystic acne that i had for 17 years but i only started avoiding cross contamination in the last couple of weeks and im wondering if/hoping that could bring even more improvements (if i am in fact celiac). so im just curious…

for any of y’all who ARE celiac and who found out later in life after eating gluten regularly for YEARS, how long did it take your body/health to stabilize after you completely stopped eating gluten for good?

what the title says! haven’t rock climbed since childhood. essentially have no idea what i’m doing at this point. am pretty weak after years of disability and want to try getting into rock climbing very slowly! is there any gym around boston where i would likely feel most comfortable given this info? i have a friend who wants to join too and has only gone climbing a few times so any info appreciated! i live in boston

does anyone know which has better ***affordable*** options for treatment or which is cheaper to get chronic lyme treatment in- EU vs US? i feel like i know the answer but have dual citizenship and am curious if anyone has experience in both places. i could live in any country in the EU. and im not talking about like hyperthermia programs or anything extreme like that, since i know that’s super expensive (just just like herbals, extended antibiotic coverage, lyme Drs who take insurance/don’t charge absurd amounts, things like that). i’m assuming chronic lyme care is far less accessible in at least most of the EU than in the US but i don’t want to assume without asking around. (i live in the US now and know how inaccessible it is here already. any info about EU costs/comparisons between the two appreciated)

first, if you don’t believe in chronic lyme, we’re not having that debate here.

second, i’m just curious- how come some of us with chronic lyme feel way better on antibiotics when some of us feel way worse? i always feel amazing on antibiotics. used to be on them for years for acne and it was the most functional time of my life (pretty sure i’ve had Lyme my whole life), and im convinced it’s why i did so well in HS. now i’m on them for chronic lyme & co. treatment and feel pretty good again, which my Dr was not expecting at all. i understand that usually when people feel worse, it’s due to herxing right? so am i just not herxing, or does the anti inflammatory effect of the Doxy just help me that much or something?

and i guess just if anyone wants to give me some hope- have any of you felt way better while on antibiotics and then still felt good after coming off of them? usually i hear that people just go right back to feeling awful after :(
