Birthday cake sprinkle nails for my 35th (and Mother's Day weekend!!) 💜🎂
So my birthday is tomorrow AND it falls on Mother's Day this year, which felt like the perfect excuse to go a little extra. I've had a sprinkle nail pin saved on Pinterest forever and finally committed!!
Full breakdown:
Glitter accents: Revel Nail dip in Antics (deep purple with so much sparkle, the photos genuinely don't capture it)
Creme base: Revel Nail dip in Baroness (creamy lilac, super opaque in 2 layers)
Sprinkles: hand-painted with Revel gels in Veronica (white), Canary (yellow), Sweet (pink), Seaside (blue), and Boom Box (purple)
The sprinkles were the most fun part. I used a small detail brush and just made short little strokes in random directions so they'd look scattered. Tip if you try this: don't try to make them all the same size or angle, the inconsistency is what sells the "real sprinkles" look.
