My worlds might have a problem

So I'm playing rlcraft bedrock and do I need to set something on the experimental when making a world cause I haven't seen most of the tradable npc and structures heck I even copied the world I'm using and cheating on it with spectator to see the world and I didn't see any costum structure and the tradeable NPC most of it are dungeon and I don't even see any new boss the only boss I saw was the ancient Titan do I need to enable some of the experimental to get the game fully running

Help with level up menu

So guys I was playing RL craft and the level up menu won't show up in did everything the first priority and tried to remove the action and stuff texture pack and it won't still show up and its bugging me out I've already watched how to add pack by honey Frost for many times now and it won't fix are there any other people here who got the same issue fixed up that's it thank you
