I have been looking to buy a plot or villa in Lucknow for quite some time so I have some historical price references (I bought one already), this year I started looking again and everything has just doubled, LDA plots were going for 8000+ and now they are a minimum of 12000+, if a house is looking nice from outside then its priced a minimum of 3cr, forget about plot size, 1250sqft LDA houses are priced at a minimum of 1.5cr+, what the heck happened in past year? I even saw a nicely build 2 floor house on 2152 lot priced at 8.5cr, what am I missing here?
