Can I take cold medicine before surgery?
Okay I know youre not MEANT to, but how bad is it really to take cold medicine before surgery? I have surgery in two days and I’m starting to develop cold symptoms. I’ve seen a few people say that minor cold symptoms are no big deal, but I’m someone that typically gets completely wiped out by a common cold.
Does anyone have any advice? I can wait it out and pray its nothing more than a sore throat and congestion rn or take Nyquil which ive found really helpful in the past. Idk what to do.. 😓
