Just had a midterm exam at prepdoctors, got 60% and also class average is 60%. While giving exam, there is no proper subject that is very bad or very good but its balanced. Where should i consider my position at?
And one more thing that has been eating me since a long time, how to do revision everyday ? Howmuch time should I spent on that? Considering that i am a person who studies majorly by understanding the logic cant mug up things that fast!

Any advice would be appreciated.

So we rented a house, there was no lease agreement, only the verbal one. Landlord was trying to sell the house but couldn’t so gave us as rental place. We kept it very neat tidy all the way and gave the house in tidy condition ( we even cleaned the walls ). He came on 15th march told us he sold the house and we have to evacuate, we were being nice and we found other place within 15 days and we left. The day of moving out that shithead told us we didn’t clean toilet bowl ( here is the thing, while renting he told us, we dont have to clean washroom, he will send someone to clean every month and we will play for it). Now last month that cleaning guy didn’t come and obviously we didn’t clean it because we had paid for the cleaning.
On the moving day he said that he will cut it from our deposit, he will send us a invoice that and he will cut money and send us.
Earlier in april, he was responding and giving us shit hell that we did this and that, which obviously we didn’t do it.
Since 20th april he is not responding and he is not even sending the cleaning invoice and he only gave us $100.
We paid him 200 each, 600 in total.
