Why is there no updates? It supposed to be finished before May.

Although not sure why is May so important for that facility.

"The company said European Lithium currently owns 45.5 million CRML shares (cross-holding shares), about 34% of the outstanding shares,>! valued at roughly $540 million!<. As per the deal, Critical Metals would cancel these shares, reducing dilution while increasing public float and trading liquidity."

My immediate thoughts about

1. Tanbreeze 100% ownership
2. Cancelling current 34% outstanding shares that held by EUIF
3. EUIF's assets / investment plans?

I believe the (1) would simplify things in the Greenland, it is more or less a good thing. (2) sounds like a positive financial structure change against the short interests, but how strong is it? (3) Wolfsburg is already fine and all, but I keep hearing those Ukraine plans that I'm really not sure about, would CRML deal with those plan's financing after the acquisition?
