Ordered this for my brother, who loves watching the English Championship and also happens to work for United. Shipping took about two weeks to California. At 180 cm, 90 kg with a bulky/muscley physique, XXL jersey is lightweight and fits him well.
Stitching, patches, and nameset look well done with no immediate issues with positioning or application. No loose threads visible. Biggest complaint is the collar is folded unevenly, though that may be a supplier issue and may be remedied with ironing.
Seller was very polite and responsive to inquiries. Provided QC and updates on every step of the process. Overall, quite a pleasant experience with great customization work. Looking forward to placing future orders.
