I hate taking multiple pills and suppliments, so I tried switching from my Myo-Inositol tablets to a protein powder that has it pre-mixed with other supplements.

The Math:

• Separate Inositol pills: ~₹600/month
• Standard Protein: ~₹2000/month
• (Protein + Inosito + Pre and pro biotics+ Collagen): ~₹2800/month

Verdict: It basically costs the same. The convenience is nice (one drink instead of 10 pills + shake), and I noticed less bloating with the plant protein vs whey. The brand I use tastes sooo good and sometimes I fail to trust it has zero sugar and natural flavours.
