I've noticed I get super sweaty the more I'm moving. More than usual anyway. I'm drinking a lot more water and electrolytes so i dont get dehydrated.

The big problem is I get really sweaty when im moving a lot at work.

is there anything you do to help the sweat? Im on 30mg but, may bump it to 40mg so I know it wont get any better.

Any products you use to help? I work 12 hour shifts so I need something that will last or that I can reapply.
