I'm on a debate using only the manga (the other side is also forbidden to use anything other than their source material). How fast can we scale Naruto characters without statements from Dattabooks, novels or anime/movies?
For me, Morning Peacock is the fastest I can think of. Gai sets the air ablaze with speed alone, which would be a hypersonic+ feat at bare minimum. What do you guys think?

The Rasenshuriken is a stronger, slashing damage attack, which Ainz is resistant against, and most of its chakra has been turned into wind blades. There's also the possibility that each of the individual blades in the Rasenshuriken will be accounted as individual attacks, reducing its relative strength and allowing High Tier Physical/Magic Nullification to work.
Meanwhile, the Rasengan is bludgeoning type damage, which Ainz is weak against, while also being made of pure chakra, which is life force (good energy) which also damages the undead.
