I had an interview last month( right now it is entering the 5th week after the interview). I'm not sure how long they will take but they have mentioned that they will keep me as backup for other projects. I don't know whether they have really meant it or they are just saying in order to not make me upset. Till now no response nor the rejection email. I have sent a follow up email twice and no response. Is usually dug takes longer time to hire?
