Idiocracy (2006), is about a world where everyone is stupid. You can tell they're stupid because everyone believes some dumbass "plant whisperer" who thinks crops want the stuff in toilets, rather than the expert scientists at Brawndo (tm) who know electrolytes are what plants crave.
