Need Correction on Several Movements
Hello everyone. So I've been training Muay Thai for about 5 months. But the last two weeks, I hadn't got the time to train again, and this week I finally started training again (I also gained about 3 kgs).
Suddenly, all my moves were awful. My coaches (yes, I have 2 coaches) corrected me in almost all movements.
So here is the list and question:
- The striking got no explosiveness. Whenever I tried to strike, I either pulled the striking too soon or I pushed it instead of exploding. From your guys’ experience, what kind of training should I do to fix this?
- The kicking is still not "axing". 2 weeks ago I figured out how to fix it but suddenly I forgot. I gained the knowledge here in Reddit that you don't forget to turn your left foot so you can turn your hips more. But if you guys have any advice, I'm really open!
- The elbow is still not relaxed. How do I make it relax?
- The breathing. I used to breathe out with my mouth instead of my nose. So it's kinda hard to unlearn this and learn how to breathe with my nose instead of my mouth. So when should we breathe out between our nose and mouth?
