I’ve been diagnosed with SIBO, I’m starting antibiotics soon (now that I finally got them approved by my insurance).

I am so sick of low fodmap and eating every single meal at home. For those who live in the US, have you found any chain restaurants where you can get a simple meal that checks all the low fodmap requirements? I’m getting desperate for something different and I’m going to start digging around on restaurant website ingredients to see if I can find anything I can have.

Anybody have a go-to option for when they actually go out?
