Does anyone else get headaches from oversleeping?

I always assumed more sleep would help prevent headaches, but i’ve noticed that if i sleep way longer than usual, i sometimes wake up with one instead feels completely backwards, so now i’m curious if this happens to anyone else

Why does every workflow eventually feel messy?

At the beginning, workflows feel simple. But over time:
-more tools get added
-more steps appear
-more coordination is needed
Nothing completely breaks, but things slowly become harder to follow. Been noticing this while working on QuickProof trying to make tasks, feedback, files, and approvals feel more connected instead of scattered everywhere.

Curious how others deal with this as workflows grow.

For a long time I kept thinking everything was just random. Some days were completely fine and other days felt off for no clear reason, so I never really paid attention to what was happening before. But recently I’ve started noticing small things that seem to repeat. Nothing obvious on its own, just stuff like slightly worse sleep, more screen time, or feeling a bit off earlier in the day. At first I ignored it because it didn’t seem important, but now it feels like those small things might actually be connected. I’m still not completely sure if it’s a real pattern or just me overthinking it, but it definitely doesn’t feel as random as it used to.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on a product called QuickProof and recently made a website for it. It’s basically focused on keeping tasks, feedback, files, and approvals in one place for teams. Would really appreciate some honest feedback on the website and overall idea:

Also curious what workflow problems you deal with the most right now.

Most workflows don’t start complex. But over time, small additions keep getting layered in.
-One extra check.
-One more confirmation.
-One more step “just to be safe.”
Each one makes sense on its own. But together, they turn something simple into something that takes more effort than expected. You don’t really notice when it happens it just becomes the new normal. Been noticing this while working on QuickProof.

Lately I’ve been paying more attention to how work actually moves from start to finish especially across drafting, feedback, and approvals. Everything is technically “set up” well, but it still takes effort to move things forward. Not because the work is hard, but because you’re constantly checking context, updates, and what’s been decided. It doesn’t feel broken, just slightly heavier than it should be.

I’ve been noticing this while working on QuickProof (still early), where the goal is to connect these steps better. But it made me wonder are tools really simplifying work, or just shifting where the effort goes?

Hello, I created a website for my product called QuickProof, but I’m not really satisfied with how it looks right now. The layout feels a bit plain and not very engaging, and I’m struggling to figure out how to improve the design and overall structure.

Here’s the link: https://www.quickproof.ai/

I would also like to make the page more clear in terms of what the product actually does and add better sections for things like workflow explanation and early access signup. Can someone guide me on what I should improve or change? Any feedback would really help.
