what is this weirdly shaped structure in the middle of a north korean prison?
coordinates 39.42465° N, 125.94243° E
it seems to skinny to be a building but what else could this be
assuming prison because of the fence around the whole thing and the shape/layout of the buildings, but i could be wrong
