Ando a comprar reps na BBDBUY há mais de um ano. Comecei pelo básico, ténis e t-shirts, e fui explorando mais coisas com o tempo. Se quiseres, passa no meu perfil para veres alguns dos hauls que já fiz. Já enviei 18 hauls com a BBDBuy, todos para Portugal, e antes disso ainda usei Pandabuy, OopBuy e CNFans, por isso já tenho alguma base de comparação.

Taxa de câmbio e preços

No geral é sólido, mas ainda pode melhorar um bocado

Neste momento anda à volta de ¥7.21 por euro. A última vez que converti, meti 56,07€ e recebi ¥406,26, por isso bate certo. É competitivo e nunca senti que fosse um problema. Um dos admins disse que estão a tentar abrir uma conta bancária europeia, o que deve ajudar a baixar ainda mais as taxas. Dá confiança saber que estão a pensar em quem compra na Europa.

Pagamentos

Muito boas opções para quem está na Europa, mas há um senão

Têm PayPal, crypto, VISA, Multibanco, MBWay, Google Pay e Apple Pay, o que é excelente, especialmente para nós em Portugal. O único ponto chato é que todas as transações têm uma taxa, mesmo que seja um valor pequeno. Ao longo do tempo nota-se. Ainda assim, continua a compensar mais do que a maioria dos outros agentes, por isso não é grave, só irrita.

Quality checks

Melhoraram imenso desde o início

Quando comecei, os QC eram fracos. Não havia tapete verde, as fotos eram inconsistentes e pouco úteis. Agora já têm tapete verde, usam réguas e as fotos estão muito mais detalhadas. De vez em quando ainda aparece uma foto mais desfocada ou uma régua mal colocada, mas isso acontece em todo o lado. No geral, estão bons e têm vindo a melhorar.

Armazenamento

Rápidos e consistentes

Se os itens chegarem ao armazém de manhã, quase de certeza que tens os QC no próprio dia à noite ou na manhã seguinte. Nos meus 18 hauls foi sempre bastante consistente.

Envio

Provavelmente o maior motivo para continuar a usar

Fica por volta dos 10€ por kg ou até menos, o que é difícil de bater para envios para a Europa. Usei DHL durante bastante tempo e nunca tive problemas. Mais recentemente passaram a recomendar UPS por causa de questões com rotas, e até agora também tem corrido bem. CTT chegou a existir, mas neste momento acho que não está disponível. A melhor dica é simples, segue sempre a linha recomendada por eles.

Seguro, experiência real

Faz sempre, mesmo sem pensar duas vezes

O seguro custa muito pouco, normalmente entre 1€ e 5€ num haul normal. E vale mesmo a pena. Dos 18 hauls que fiz, um foi apreendido. Falei com a BBDBuy e em cerca de 3 semanas já tinha tudo reenviado e a chegar a casa como se nada fosse. Foi tudo simples. Sem seguro, não havia solução. Faz sempre.

Suporte

No início era fraco, agora está muito melhor

Não vale a pena esconder, no início o suporte não era grande coisa. Entretanto melhoraram bastante. O sistema no site funciona, mas o melhor mesmo é usar o Discord. Respondem rápido e não ficas pendurado. Se for algo urgente, vai direto ao Discord.

Comparação com outros agentes

Já passei por alguns antes de ficar aqui

O Pandabuy era o mais conhecido, mas demasiado caro para o que oferecia. Pagavas muito pela fama.
O OopBuy era ok, mas o suporte era lento e frustrante. Coisas simples demoravam demasiado tempo.
O CNFans ficou popular depois do Pandabuy, mas acabou por ser ainda mais caro e agora praticamente desapareceu.

Neste momento, a BBDBuy ganha em preço, envio e suporte sem grande discussão.

Dicas

Coisas que fazem diferença

Envia sempre pelo menos 3kg de roupa, menos do que isso normalmente não compensa.
Aproveita para juntar coisas leves como meias ou acessórios e assim tiras mais valor do envio.
Escolhe bem os vendedores, nem todos têm a mesma qualidade.
Faz sempre seguro, mesmo que aches que não vale a pena.
Usa o Discord para falar com o suporte.
Segue as linhas de envio recomendadas e evita inventar.

Resumo final

Para mim, a BBDBuy é o melhor agente para quem está na Europa. Os envios são baratos, os QC melhoraram muito, o processamento é rápido e o suporte está num bom nível. As taxas por transação são chatas e a taxa de câmbio podia ser um pouco melhor, mas no geral não pesa assim tanto.

Recomendo? Sem dúvida, principalmente se estás na Europa. Neste momento é das melhores opções.

My buyer profile

Been buying reps on BBDBUY for over a year now. Started with the basics: shoes and tees, and slowly expanded from there. Check my profile if you want to see some of what I've copped over time. I've sent 18 hauls through BBDBuy all going to Portugal, and before that I used Pandabuy, OopBuy and CNFans, so I've got a decent base to compare from.

EXCHANGE RATE & PRICING

Solid, with room to improve

Currently sitting at around ¥7.21/€. My last conversion was €56.07 which came out to ¥406.26, so it checks out. It's competitive and honestly never been a problem for me. One of the admins actually mentioned they're still working on opening a European bank account which would bring the conversion fees down further. Good to know they're thinking about EU buyers.

PAYMENT

Good options for EU but watch the fees

They've got PayPal, Crypto, VISA, Multibanco (Portugal), MBWay (Portugal), Google and Apple Pay which is genuinely great if you're in Europe or Portugal specifically. The one thing that gets on my nerves is that every single transaction has a fee on it no matter how small it is. It adds up over time. Still works out cheaper than most other agents though so it's more of an annoyance than anything serious.

QUALITY CHECKS

Way better than when I started

Honestly when I first started using BBDBuy the QCs were not great at all. No green mat, inconsistent photos, nothing good about. Now they have green mats and rulers and the detail shots have improved a lot. You still get the occasional lazy photo from a warehouse worker, blurry shots or a ruler that doesn't start at zero, but that happens everywhere. Overall it's solid and it keeps getting better.

STOCKING

Fast, same day if it arrives in the morning

If your items reach the warehouse in the morning you'll almost always have your QC photos by that evening or the next morning at the latest. Been very consistent across all 18 hauls for me.

SHIPPING

Honestly the main reason I keep coming back

Around €10 per kg or less which is hard to beat when you're shipping to Europe. I used DHL for a long time and it never let me down once. More recently BBDBuy switched their suggested line to UPS because of the ongoing conflict affecting certain routes and so far so good. CTT was an option at some point too but I don't think it's available right now. My advice is just stick to whatever they recommend and you'll be fine.

INSURANCE, REAL STORY

Just get it, seriously

Insurance costs next to nothing, usually somewhere between €1 and €5 on a normal haul. I am so glad I had it because out of 18, only one of my hauls got seized. I told BBDBuy what happened and within 3 weeks everything was reshipped and showing up at my door like nothing had ever happened. The whole thing was smooth with no drama at all. Without insurance they literally could not have done anything. Just get it every single time, no exceptions.

SUPPORT

Rough at the start but way better now

I'll be honest, support was not great when I first started. Things have improved a lot since then though. The on-site system works fine but Discord is where you want to go. Fast replies, never left without an answer. If you have anything urgent just skip the site and go straight to Discord.

HOW BBDBUY COMPARES

I've tried a few before this

Before settling on BBDBuy I went through three other agents:

Pandabuy was the OG but honestly way overpriced. You were paying a premium just because they were one of the first.

OopBuy is consistent enough but the support was slow and frustrating. Simple issues took way too long to get sorted.

CNFans became everyone's go-to after Pandabuy went down but somehow ended up being even more expensive. Never really made sense to meand now they are dead.

BBDBuy wins on price, shipping and support. Not even close at this point.

TIPS

Stuff I wish I knew from day one

Always ship at least 3kg of clothes. Anything less and it's just not worth it weight wise.

Fill your haul with small lightweight items like socks or accessories to get more value without adding much weight.

Research the best sellers for each specific item. Not all sellers are equal and it makes a real difference.

Always get insurance. It's cheap and one day you will be very glad you did.

Use Discord for support. It's fast and more human.

Stick to the recommended shipping line. Don't experiment just for the sake of it.

TL;DR / VERDICT

BBDBuy is the best agent I've used for Europe and I've tried a few. Shipping rates are unmatched, QC has come a long way over the past year, stocking is fast and support is in a really good place now. The per-transaction fees are annoying and the exchange rate could be better but those are minor things in the bigger picture. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you're shipping to Europe. It's the move.
