The leasing brochure for 1654 Manning Road on the edge of Tecumseh (St Clair beach area) shows that Chipotle and Jersey Mike’s, along with a Marble Slab are leases right next to a Marble Slab. No more going to London or across the border getting those. There are already tens of Chipotles and Jersey Mikes in Canada, especially in other parts of Ontario. I wonder how Jersey Mikes will stack up against the new Mr. Sub. Both according to the brochure should open next year (or sooner?).
