Application returned with below reason

While the Document Checklist indicates you may be applying under the living in Canada family class you indicated in box 6 of the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking that the principal applicant you are sponsoring is living outside Canada. In cases where the class under which you are applying is not clear, the application is returned along with your processing fee. Please refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp to determine the class you should submit your application under. Kindly note: Applications for (spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner and all dependent children) living outside Canada class should be submitted within the Permanent Resident Portal under Family class (outside Canada). Applications for (spouse, common-law partner) living in Canada class should be submitted within the Permanent Resident Portal under Spouse or common-law partner in Canada class.
IMM 1344 Box 6 - Spouse living outside Canada
Box 5 IMM 5533e - select "I am currently living outside Canada, and I am applying under family class"
I am not sure where did I make the mistake if I did. What is the remedy to this return of application?
