How do you guys see the future of Zoho CRM with all these AI changes?
I’ve been using Zoho CRM and it feels like things are moving really fast. Automations, flows, custom functions… stuff that used to take hours can now be done much faster with AI helping.
Do you think Zoho CRM will benefit from this because it’s already pretty flexible?
Or do you think AI will change the role of Zoho developers/consultants a lot?
I don’t think humans disappear from the process, but maybe the value shifts from “building everything manually” to knowing what should actually be automated.
Curious how other Zoho users see it.
