Good morning, what does "CMP Unit" means in second hand camera gears? seller said it was bought from a store (well-known in PH) and still has warranty. Salamat!

Sorry I have no other place to ask for help. I have a Gitzo Legende Tripod. 1 of the smallest section of the leg fell when I was on my bike. Where can I get a replacement part for it? Tried contacting local distributor and still no response for almost 3 weeks now.
